Fundraising Committee

Help us with fundraising events; planning, organizing, and execution. This year we will have several parties/events to organize around our 20 year anniversary and the addition of our 150th home to our portfolio. Opportunities abound for your creative talents and attention to detail. Jobs large and small available!

Homeowner Committee

Join other Homestead homeowners who are focused on bringing high value offerings to the table for each other. Whether it is more classes, social events, rotating work parties, or tool sharing & neighborhood organization, this is the place to make it happen.

The Homeowner Committee meets in the evening on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.

Acquisitions Committee

This group looks at potential land, home or project acquisitions and makes recommendations to the board about their fit and appropriateness for the Homestead CLT portfolio.

Finance Committee

Address and make policy recommendations around financial issues to our board.
