WORK PARTIES
Homestead invites community volunteers to a variety of work-party experiences, scheduled as project needs emerge. Examples of work parties include: removing invasive plant species from community spaces, painting murals, establishing community gardens, rehabbing homes, supporting home tours for qualified applicants, assisting with minor home repairs or maintenance for lower-income households.
Volunteer events are scheduled as needed. If you would like to be contacted about work parties and related volunteer efforts, please send an email to getinvolved@homesteadclt.org with the Subject Line: I’d Like to Volunteer.
