Homestead Community Land Trust is pleased to introduce two permanently affordable homeownership communities coming soon to Seattle’s Phinney Ridge neighborhood: Woodland View and Nest.
Most of the homes at Woodland View and Nest are part of our community land trust, a community-based approach to homeownership that supports stable ownership today while protecting long-term affordability for future buyers. Homeowners purchase their homes and become part of a community committed to keeping these homes permanently affordable.
Some of the homes at the developments are sold at market rates with no restrictions.
